- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went through my insurance to find a clinic. The name was wrong on the website I visited, they claimed they were a "multi-specialty" clinic. I called to make an appt for birth control and the lady blatantly laughed at me and said "we're a retina center." *cue the sarcasm and attitude* You guys might want to check with Blue Cross Blue Shield because that is not what it says through their website. She was rude and condescending. Flat out horrible customer service. Funny part is I am new to Chico and I wear glasses. Now I know where to not go. Treat people with respect even if they made a common mistake. Chico Retina Center just lost a potential customer.September 23, 2017by Jamie Goodwin
