  Thought I would pop in for a "walk-in" $35 massage (according to their sign out front). Clean, lady was nice, although she presented herself as speaking very little English. When I went into the massage room, there was a table that looked clean and comfy. I noticed there was only a bottom sheet (modesty is apparently not on the menu here). So, I hopped on the bed, face down, somewhat feeling exposed. She asked me if I wanted soft, medium, or hard. I said medium. The moments she actually spent working on my back wee quite goo. However, the woman working was alone so she left my massage room door open. She left my massage three times to answer the phone and once to help someone who came through the door (leaving my door open, of course). At one point she hopped on the massage table, legs straddling my head wile she worked on my lower back. Awkward. She finished at 4:40. My massage began at 3:45, so even if there hadn't been numerous interruptions, I still wouldn't have been a full hour. As I proceeded to check out, I started to give her $40 (35 plus a $5 tip that she did not deserve). She said no, it was $45. I saw a sign that said that a $10 tip was nice. I assumed that she was adding it in. She gave me a piece of paper to write down the amount I wanted to pay (again "pretending" to not know English) and I wrote $35. She said, "No. $45." Then pointed to the sign for $45 for Swedish massage. I pointed to the sign outside and said "$35." She said "You had medium. Swedish. $45. I paid the $45 and left. BAIT AND SWITCH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IMMODEST. NEVER AGAIN.
